Pastor

David Noland

Pastor David came to First Baptist Church of Everman in May 2026 after serving with his wife, Sara, on the mission field in Eastern Europe. He earned a Master of Divinity in Theology from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He also holds a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and a bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences.

He is the self-published author of two books and is currently pursuing a PhD in Church History and Historical Theology at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. With extensive experience in missions and discipleship leadership, he is passionate about making disciples and fulfilling the Great Commission.

Pastor David grew up in South Louisiana but has lived in Texas for more than half his life. Before entering vocational ministry, he spent 15 years in the information technology industry as an operations administrator and systems administrator. He is an avid fan of sports, science fiction and fantasy books and films, and travel.

David and Sara have been married for 28 years. They have four adult children and ten grandchildren.

Worship Director

Joseph Ngullie

Joseph Ngullie is originally from Nagaland, India. He has been serving as the Minister of Music since August 2022. He is a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Music in Worship Leadership and is currently pursuing his PhD in Church Music and Worship.

He is married to Jihye, and they are blessed with a beautiful daughter named Sharon. Besides worship and music ministry, Joseph enjoys reading, going to coffee shops, and visiting bookstores.

Children’s Minister

Mimi Asita

Ms. Mimi came to First Baptist Church of Everman in October 2022 and made it her church home in November 2022. She began serving as our Children’s Minister in January 2023.

She earned a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Houston Christian University, formerly Houston Baptist University. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in Family Ministry at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Originally from Rivers State, Nigeria, Ms. Mimi has called Texas home for more than 17 years.

Finance Administrator

Aate Tsido

Aate supports the church’s ministry by overseeing financial administration, maintaining accurate records, and helping our congregation steward its resources with integrity.

Facilities Manager

Vanessa Dickson

Vanessa helps maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-prepared campus for worship, discipleship, fellowship, and community ministry.
